Set seemed nearly identical to the Beachland show 7/29 BUT we were treated to a reading of Townes Van Zandt's "No Place To Fall" during Earley's solo bit. Very nice.
About a verse and a half of "After The Gold Rush" lead into Sadie.
As others have mentioned, BT is super super tight these days. Really punchy jams and sweet harmonies.
Now - if anyone can help - a couple songs prior to Avi Buffalo were some funk coming over the PA. Anybody know what that might have been? There was some Josh Rouse playing when we got there, but this... this... was I don't know what. And Shazam was stumped.
