Across the River Harmonica

My dad and I love Blitzen Trapper, Across the River from All Across This Land is our favorite trapper song. I've been trying to figure out the harmonica for it, does anyone know what kind of harp is used on the track, or even better, does anyone have tabs for it?

I love that song too. I don't play harmonica much, but I think it's something like this -

The other breaks are the basically the same but sometimes with a different rhythm or on different notes of the chord
